Today was the 3rd time one of my loved ones were in the care of The Hometown Veterinarian for end of life care. Like the 2 times before, everyone was so gentle and patient and reassuring and kind. Even prior to today, Dr Franken has been very helpful in guiding me along the path as my guy's health was declining. She explained everything, gave me enough time and information to help me know that the most heartbreaking thing for me was the right thing for him. Roberto was also top notch, as always. He too was compassionate and attentive- to me and my cat alike. I am so grateful for their love and support today. One of the worst days I've had in a while, but a fantastic staff made it was tolerable as possible. Thank you!
