Excellent helpful friendly staff & Vet Doctor(s) and Nurses. They call after your visit to check on the status of your pet, and will follow up to make sure your pet is doing well! Every staff person regardless of his or her roll at the clinic exuded caring and competence. It is the utmost in professionalism, friendliness and a welcoming environment. It was our first visit and we felt as if we were long time patients and friends.
The procedure was expertly performed by Dr. Jacobson and his staff. Dr. Jacobson took time to explain the procedure, the anticipated outcome and met with me again for thorough aftercare instructions and any questions I had. Everyone devoted time to our visit. We never felt rushed. As the owner of a senior dog, I appreciated the specific procedures and expertise factoring in his advanced age. Having a veterinary facility where pet owners feel 100% confident of the care their pet is receiving is a gift. The facility itself is remarkable with well-thought planning. I appreciated a waiting area where all pets and people could have plenty of physical space which helps manage some of the nervousness a pet might experience.
